If you don’t love what you ordered, you can easily return or exchange it online if eligible according to the policy. Just file a request on our website and we’ll handle the rest.
If you’re not satisfied with our service, the refund amount will get credited to the original payment method within 7-15 days. We ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Exchange Policy
- Charges: Free (₹0)
- Time: 7–8 days after you file the request
- Process: File exchange → Pickup → QC (quality check) → New product sent
If the new product costs more, we’ll send you a payment link.
If it costs less, we’ll give you store credits.
Return Policy
You can choose Store Credits or Bank Refund.
1. Store Credits (Most Popular)
- Charges: Free (₹0)
- Time: 4–5 days after filing
- Benefit: Full value credited, valid for 1 year, can be used for any purchase.
2. Bank Refund
- Charges: ₹100 per item on order value below 1000 and 10% of return item value on cart value above 1000
- Time: 7-15 days after filing (plus 3–4 working days to reflect in your account)
- Why charged? We cover shipping both ways
Example:
- Order ₹800 with items → Deduction = ₹100
- Order ₹2200 with items → Deduction = ₹220 (10%).
👉 COD orders are refundable only via Store Credits.
Important Notes
- Raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- Not eligible for returns/exchange: Customized products, tiebacks, SALE items.
- Damaged/defective items: We replace them or give store credits, but no bank refund.
- Delivery charges (COD/Express): Non-refundable.
- An order can be exchanged max 2 times.
- Carpets/blankets can be exchanged only once (2nd time exchange request = ₹500 charge will be deducted).
- On some pin codes, our return pickup service might not be available. In such cases, we will request you to courier us back the product. Reimbursement for the same is 50/- per item quantity sent back.
- Cancellation is only possible before dispatch.
- The curtain’s width is approximately 36–48 inches which is expected for a 3.5ft to 4 ft width ( varies on fabric , this does not makes it eligible for return or exchange
- We endeavor to deliver the product as per the pictures you see and the sizes mentioned, but due to different screen resolutions, there can be minor color variations in actual products vs pictures on the website. Also due to natural variance in manufacturing processes, there can be a 3-5% variance/tolerance in the product sizes
- For any claims regarding missing or damaged items, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video recorded from the moment of opening the package, we’re unable to process such claims
- Please note that items that have been used or washed are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns must be made with the product in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- Custom orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled as they are specially made to your specifications. Incase of return the customization charges shall not be refunded or we shall reship the order.
